Problem
Pita Chip lacked a defined customer journey, with no automated email or SMS flows to engage customers or support peak sales moments. Promotional programming was inconsistent, and the brand lacked an organizational system to capture revenue from key annual events.
Solution
I built a full customer journey pipeline linking purchase behavior with loyalty rewards, including points, birthday presents, and digital punch cards. I also created a repeatable template for annual promotional campaigns and executed them via targeted email and SMS messaging.
Impact
Automated email and SMS flows maintained ongoing engagement, reinforced loyalty, and supported repeat visits, while a single coordinated Black Friday campaign generated $40k in gift card revenue.
Pita Chip is a fast casual, modern Middle Eastern restaurant with four locations in the Philadelphia area.
